Fabrics

We specialise in multiple fleece, low shinkage fleece (LSF), single jersey, rib and loopback terry. We can cater for different weights depending on customer requirements which can vary from 220gsm up to 350gsm and single jersey varies from 150gsm to 220gsm.

Dyeing

We have our own dye house so we do not rely on outsourcing the dye process. We only usse reactive dyeing and can offer other types of dyeing including pigment dying, high wash, peach and enzyme finishing. All our deying units use REACH (Restirction of Hazardous Substances Directive) compliant dyes only. 

Digital Pattern

We use gerber software and a plotter to form patterns and grading sizes. We use the patterns for the layer cutting which also helps us to ensure all the batches are consistent in sizes and measurments for all orders including any repeat orders.

Printing & Embroidery

We offer a wide range of printing varieties for different fabrics which include heat transfer, screen print and rotary print, bubble print, flock, cracked, glitter, metallic, four colour print. 

We have our in house embroidery machines which can run thousands of stitches in small and large designs. Our threads include rayon, polyester or cotton.

Sampling

Depending on the order and customer we manufacture samples, pre-production samples, production samples and only start each stage of manufacturing including mass production after customers approval.

Shipment

As per the customers requirement we can deliver the order via air, sea or you can have your order collected from our warehouse as per agreed terms with our customer.
